The Origin

keysessions.ai is the product of two perspectives converging on the same problem. Giando is a competitive road cyclist with over 30 years on the bike — an athlete who has lived through every era of training methodology, from handwritten logs to power meters and structured periodization. Math is an AI builder with an instinctive orientation toward data-driven systems — someone who sees training as an engineering problem with measurable inputs and optimizable outputs. Together, they asked a question that neither training apps nor generic AI tools could answer: what would a training platform look like if it was built by someone who actually trains?

The Problem We Saw

Most training tools fall into one of two categories. Static plans that are written before your first pedal stroke and break the moment life intervenes — a missed session, an unexpected rest day, a week of poor sleep. Or manual logging platforms that let you record everything but offer no structure, no adaptation, and no forward planning. The athlete is left to either follow a plan that no longer reflects reality, or become their own coach, analyst, and planner. Neither approach respects the complexity of structured training.

What We Built

keysessions.ai is a training operating system built around a single principle: every completed session should inform the next one. At its core is a deterministic periodization engine — not a language model guessing what looks right, but a structured algorithm that computes load targets, progression curves, and session distribution based on proven training science. It generates complete mesocycles tailored to your profile, your phase, your availability, and your physiological focus. When training goes differently than planned, the system recalculates. Not the next day — the next session.

The Role of AI

The periodization engine handles the logic. The AI handles the interpretation. A dedicated coach with full visibility of your training state delivers contextual briefings, analyzes your sessions, and answers your questions with data-grounded insight. It doesn't plan your training — the engine does. It doesn't make load decisions — the engine does. What the AI does is give you a coach's perspective on the data the engine produces. The separation is architectural and intentional: computational precision where it matters, intelligent interpretation where it adds value.

Who KSN Is For

keysessions.ai is built for advanced cyclists who train with structure and intent. Athletes who know their FTP, understand what TSS means, and want a system that respects their time and their data. Whether you ride road, gravel, mountain, or track — if you approach training with discipline and want a platform that does the same, KSN is built for you. It is not a fitness app. It is not a social platform. It is not a casual activity tracker. It is a training tool for people who take training seriously.

Join Us

keysessions.ai is currently in development. We are building in public and onboarding a limited number of early access athletes. If you want to be part of shaping the platform from the ground up, join our community on Discord — it's where product decisions are discussed, feedback is collected, and the next features are shaped by the riders who will use them.
